Snickers's story
Description:   Sweet Snickers is a big, beautiful 8 year old front declawed girl.  She was originally found as a stray and taken to AHS in June 2017.  She was adopted and returned to AHS in August 2018 for vomiting and excessive urination.  She was adopted out and returned again for the same reasons in September 2018.  When Snickers got to her foster home she was very sick and depressed.  Turns out she had a very severe urinary tract infection.  Snickers was initially eating a special diet food but over time, her foster switched her to a grain free food and she has not had any issues with vomiting.  She does drink a lot of water, but has had a thorough medical evaluation and the vet sees no ongoing health issues. Snickers is incredibly sweet and mellow.  She gets along fine with the other cats in her foster home and is also fine with the gentle dogs.  She loves to be pet and makes little chirpy noises when she talks.  We dont know anything about her prior homes, but suspect she was vomiting and ended up with a UTI because she was stressed.  We think she would do best in a quiet, low stress home.  She is very affectionate and easy going.  She deserves a very special forever home!
